As president of Seyfarth at Work, Philippe Weiss has played a leading role in developing internationally recognized compliance communications methods, now used throughout the ranks of the Fortune 500. Specifically, he pioneered Seyfarth at Work's highly practical messaging, which emphasizes everyday language and avoids “legalese." EEOC and DOJ-designated monitors have concluded that these methods, as embodied in both Seyfarth at Work consulting and training, are "wholly creative and successful.”

Managing Director

Mrs. Guisinger is the main point of contact for all facets of Seyfarth at Work operations. She uses her precisely honed skills in logistics, meeting planning, and business management to oversee all of Seyfarth at Work’s financial, administrative, and supervisory procedures and processes.

Stefanie Pelosi, ESQ.

Senior Curriculum and Project Manager

Stefanie lives in Charleston, SC with her husband and a cranky old dog named Oscar. She is a graduate of Rutgers Law and enjoys traveling, sailing, tennis, paint by numbers, educational television and reading. Stefanie spent over a decade as a college professor, however, given the changing nature of education in America, she embarked on another adventure, this time in the world of homelessness advocacy with a well-known nonprofit. Stefanie was grateful to be part of their work and loved the satisfaction of knowing her efforts had a direct effect on those she was trying to help. Returning to writing as a profession has been a homecoming of sorts for Stefanie.  She looks forward to serving her clients by producing innovative and engaging content.

Hannah Pangrazio

Program Manager

Hannah Pangrazio holds the position of Program Manager at Seyfarth at Work, where her key responsibilities revolve around the management of scheduling communication. As the designated point of contact for logistics and pre-training, Hannah plays a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless experience for Seyfarth at Work clients. Drawing from her extensive background in account management, project management, and adept cross-level communication, Hannah brings experience gained from her tenure in healthcare recruiting/staffing and her leadership role in managing a substantial client base at a legal-focused professional development start-up.

Her expertise lies in project management, encompassing both small- and large-scale training rollouts, with a focus on fostering effective communication and streamlined processes. Hannah’s commitment is to uphold a consistent and elevated standard of client experience for Seyfarth at Work clients.

Hannah resides in Charlotte, NC with her family and is an avid college football fan (Go Dawgs!).

Hayden Schulthies

Training & Communications Specialist

Hayden holds the position of Training and Communications specialist. While currently a resident of Dallas, she enjoys traveling extensively with her husband. Hayden uses her organizational and logistics background to coordinate all virtual and in-person training events. She also manages our internal team of event producers to ensure all virtual training events are flawless executed. She coordinates material corrections and customizations and oversees document management. Hayden uses her background in Excel to conduct data analysis and create database solutions to drive business efforts. Hayden is responsible for the proposals, contracts, and communication with new and existing clients. Hayden also is the main point of contact for everything e-learning.
