The program comprises 4 courses

1) Managing through Effective Communication

This course focuses on understanding personality and communication preferences to communicate effectively. It includes interactive exercises and skill-building activities to foster more effective working relationships.

2) Managing and Delegating by Design

This course helps participants perform better by leveraging strengths and improving the allocation of time and resources. It provides tools to assess the current state of work and rebalance work and planning approaches to improve performance.

3) Managing via Frequent Feedback

This course emphasizes the importance of providing frequent, timely feedback. It provides a user-friendly structure for feedback conversations with both direct reports and others.

4) Managing with a Coach Approach

This course explores the difference between managing and coaching. It encourages leaders to adopt a “coach approach”, in which they “ask more than tell”, fostering a greater sense of ownership among employees.

The Managing For Results program is delivered as a complete program series comprised of four in-person sessions, one two hour pre-work call, and eight one hour ongoing virtual follow-ups over a span of 6-9 months to help drive real results.

The program is designed to have a real impact on the job, improving performance quickly and reinforcing the skills over time for sustainability.

Participants: Managing For Results is designed for senior leaders. Each sequence can be delivered for 1-5 leaders at a time, either individually or as a group.
