RACHEL GUISINGER

Managing Director. Primary Contact

Mrs. Guisinger is the main point of contact for all facets of Seyfarth at Work operations. She uses her precisely honed skills in logistics, meeting planning, and business management to oversee all of Seyfarth at Work’s financial, administrative, and supervisory procedures and processes.

Rachel Guisinger currently serves as Managing Director at Seyfarth at Work, where she is responsible for the strategic direction and operational excellence of the company’s learning and development programs. In her current role, Rachel draws upon her extensive experience in business operations and logistics to oversee the design, management, and delivery of over 1400 customized instructor-led and e-learning training solutions for over 200 clients annually.

Stefanie Pelosi, ESQ.

Senior Curriculum and Project Manager

Stefanie is a dynamic and dedicated professional with a diverse background in both academia and nonprofit work. After earning her Juris Doctorate, Stefanie devoted ten years to teaching law as a college professor, where she inspired critical thinking and intellectual curiosity in her students. In her current role at Seyfarth at Work, Stefanie channels her extensive expertise in instructional design to create impactful training content. Stefanie conducts training sessions that captivate and inspire clients and is passionate about mentoring the Seyfarth at Work training team.

Training & Communications Specialist

Hayden uses her organizational and logistics background to coordinate all virtual and in-person training events. She also manages our internal team of event producers to ensure all virtual training events are flawlessly executed. She coordinates material corrections and customizations and oversees document management. Hayden is responsible for the proposals, contracts, and communication with new and existing clients.

Philippe Weiss has played a leading role in developing internationally recognized compliance communications methods, now used throughout the ranks of the Fortune 500. Specifically, he pioneered Seyfarth at Work's highly practical messaging, which emphasizes everyday language and avoids “legalese."
