Rachel Guisinger

Rachel Guisinger currently serves as Managing Director at Seyfarth at Work, where she is responsible for the strategic direction and operational excellence of the company’s learning and development programs. Rachel leads a cross-functional team of remote direct reports and independent contractors, including attorney trainers, technical event producers, and e-learning developers.

Rachel began her career at Seyfarth at Work as a Logistics Coordinator, where she managed the daily logistics for training events across various industries. Her ability to coordinate schedules, travel requirements, and training programs laid the foundation for her future success in the field. 

In her current role, Rachel draws upon her extensive experience in business operations and logistics to oversees the design, management, and delivery of over 1400 customized instructor-led and e-learning training solutions for over 200 clients annually. These programs cover a range of compliance topics, including Sexual Harassment, Anti-Discrimination, Managing Within the Law, Anti-Trust, Insider Trading, Code of Conduct, Gifts and Conflict of Interest, Diversity and Inclusion, Anti-Bias, and Wage and Hour. 

Rachel’s innovative approach to technology and management solutions has enabled Seyfarth at Work to expand globally, establishing a trainer network that serves clients in 17 countries and 20 languages. 

Rachel is also actively involved in coordinating activities for national association executive boards, steering committees, and working groups. She stays abreast of key design developments and trends through industry publications and professional development programs, ensuring that Seyfarth at Work remains at the forefront of the industry.

In her role as Managing Director, Rachel Guisinger also serves as the Business Coordinator for The Defense Industry Initiative on Business Ethics and Conduct (DII). She leads a dedicated team responsible for all business coordination activities for DII, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication across various projects. Rachel’s leadership in this capacity involves overseeing logistical planning, financial management, and strategic implementation of initiatives, all aimed at enhancing the efficiency and impact of DII’s programs. Her ability to manage complex coordination tasks and her commitment to excellence have been instrumental in driving the success of DII’s endeavors.

Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from Western Illinois University. Her past professional engagements include event planning positions in the hospitality industry, where she directed entertainment events and managed client and vendor relationships.
