WGN Radio (Chicago) interviewed Seyfarth at Work President Philippe Weiss in its “Wintrust Business Lunch” segment on May 7. Weiss discussed what companies need to be aware of regarding “collateral damage” when it comes to work harassment.

“Employers should be thinking about the ‘collateral damage rule’…not only the people you intended to target that can sue but its others, people that get affected by harassment and misconduct even though that wasn’t the perpetrator’s intent.”
