WGN Radio (Chicago) interviewed Philippe Weiss in its “Wintrust Business Lunch” segment on May 21. Weiss discussed how work discrimination lawsuits and damages are twice as likely to result when a manager or company has previously “flip-flopped” on statements made to employees.

“Many times when an employer has ‘flip flopped’ on what they said to an employee, it has produced greater risks down the road.”
