Reflecting on today’s dynamic and fast-changing work world realities, this interactive eLearning program empowers every employee to foster a welcoming environment of maximum respect. “Respect Talks” focuses participants on identifying and avoiding both obvious and subtle disrespectful conduct spanning all live and virtual environments.
The course is built around the powerful and essential thematic message that Respect must “talk clearly and loudly” through every one of our daily interactions - and must define how we engage with and respond to others.
Your organization’s harassment prevention policy is organically incorporated throughout the program, with immersive opportunities for participants to apply the policy to hypotheticals.
