Bias To Best Practice

This course creates a common understanding around the roots and impacts of individual bias in the workplace. Aspects of “operationalized bias” are also explored, including relevant managements actions, interactions and decisions. We heavily stress the simple, achievable strategy of “pivoting from bias” — by employing practical, user-friendly responses and actions that are both consistent with our policies and that can create a forward-looking best practice.
